We want you to love every step with FEETSTRIDE. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


📅 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging (shoe box, tags, etc.) must be included

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery confirmation

Note: Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be refused.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Let us know — we’re happy to help with exchanges if stock is available.


📦 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at  with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.


❗ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
